The Build-With-Me Session Framework
A workshop format where enterprise teams build their own working automations in the room, inside their own governance.

Role
Designer and facilitator. Format, curriculum, delivery across regions.
Outcome
600+ professionals trained across multiple regions. One workflow built in ~40 min typically saves 200+ hours/year per team.
Most AI training is a demo. Someone shows you a shiny thing, you clap, nothing changes Monday.
Build-With-Me is not that. The goal isn't to show people what's possible. It's to get their own people shipping working automations before they leave the room. By the end of a session, a team that had been waiting on IT for a year has built the thing themselves.
Every build runs inside their guardrails: acceptable-use policy, a human review step on anything touching customer data. Responsible first, fast second. That governance frame is the difference between a workshop and a liability.
In one session, an operations team built a triage workflow that classified inbound tickets by urgency and routed the top tier straight to a human reviewer. ~40 minutes to build. That workflow alone saved an estimated 200+ hours a year of manual sorting, and every step ran inside their existing acceptable-use policy, with the high-risk path gated behind a human checkpoint.
The blocker was never the tech. It was that nobody had shown them what to automate.
